Disney Recipe: Jack Jack Num Num Cookies

Hey lovelies,

I’m an absolute huge Disney fan and have been going to Disney World in Florida since I was a kid. One thing any Disney addict will tell you, is that the food there is just incredible…

Speaking of incredible, Disney Pixar have released their recipe for Jack Jack’s Num Num cookies with the most adorable illustrations to accompany it! I just had to try them out and share the recipe! Let’s get to it.

2 Sticks Butter (that’s about 220grams for us UK bakers, I know getting a cup of butter is difficult!)

1 + 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Sugar

1 Egg

Egg Yolk

1 Tsp Sea Salt

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Tsp Baking Soda

2 1/4 Cups Flour

1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Brown butter and let it cool until it begins to solidify.

Cream butter, sugars, and salt in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

Mix in one whole egg, one egg yolk, and the vanilla essence .

Combine your dry ingredients and mix them with the batter.

Add in your chocolate chips.

Scoop your batter into balls and chill thoroughly, for at least an hour (preferably overnight).

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 7-10 minutes or until your cookies are a nice golden brown on the edges but still soft in the center.

Then, enjoy Darling!

This recipe makes around 16-24 cookies depending on how big your cookie dough balls are. It’s very simple to do and the outcome is DELISH!

With us all stuck in lockdown, now is the perfect time to whip up a batch of Num Num Cookies to enjoy with the family. How can you not want to follow along this recipe when it comes with such adorable pictures?!

You could even bake them in flattened cupcake cakes just like the Disney Parks do! ♥️ Best served warm and gooey and if you really want to treat yourself, top those bad boys with vanilla ice cream.

Why don’t you give them a try!

Love Charlie ♡ x
